ALL FLORIDA SAFETY INSTITUTE is no longer at the DMV but still a partner. We have moved into the Crystal River Mall, Unit 165, near the Food Court. ANY appointments before 10am, must enter the custodian entrance, not the public entrances. Drive to D BAY and enter the metal doors, not the glass doors. Walk down the hallway, enter the mall and our office will be on the right. After 10am, use any of the public mall entrances.
